Purchase Orders

If your school, school district, business, or organization uses purchase orders, you can send us a purchase order by fax, e-mail, or postal mail. Once a valid purchase order is received, it will be processed and an invoice will be forwarded to you. Please see purchase order requirements below and note a credit application may be required.

To pay for your order with a Purchase Order via fax, e-mail, or postal mail:

  1. Fax a copy of the purchase order to (802) 484-5558.
  2. Mail the original purchase order to Make A Difference, Inc.,

Please note: If your order is not placed during the normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, it will be processed during the next business day. If you have questions about your purchase order, please contact Make A Difference, Inc. by phone at (802) 484-3537 .

All purchase orders must contain the following information:

  1. Vendor Address: Make a Difference, Inc., 789 Hammond Hill Road, West Windsor, VT 05089
  2. “Bill To” Information: Name of Your Organization, Contact Person, Address, and Phone Number
  3. “Ship To” Information: Customer Name, Organization, Address (cannot be a P.O. Box), and Phone Number
  4. Purchase Order Number
  5. Order Information:
    • Item Number and Item Name
    • Accurate pricing for all items
    • Accurate shipping & handling charge
    • Applicable taxes

    For Vermont residents, please add 6% sales tax. For Massachusetts residents, please add 6.25% sales tax. All sales tax calculations are based on the total cost of your order, excluding any shipping and handling costs.

Payment Terms for Purchase Orders

Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

Checks are accepted for Purchase Orders only. Make check payable to Make A Difference, Inc. and mail with the Purchase Order/Invoice Number to Make A Difference, Inc,, 789 Hammond Hill Road, West Windsor, VT 05089

Online Payment Terms

All purchases made through our online ordering system require prepayment.

Return Policy

If you received a product that is damaged or that is not in working order, please send an e-mail to Phyl@AboutTHEPACT.com to receive a return authorization number. Please send back the damaged product, with reference to your return authorization number, included with the original packaging (if possible), invoice, or packing slip. If there are any questions about your return, you will be contacted. Your damaged product will be replaced. Thank you.
